How do we uninstall this program. It does NOT have a uninstall. I deactivated it because after doing all you said, it still does not work correctly. I need it REMOVED!

You can select the checkbox in front of the plugin and click delete… btw how do you mean it did not work correctly? Errors something…

  • Xeross says:

Could you please get rid of all instances of short php open tags, I have them disabled on my server because they conflict with xml open tags.

I’ve already fixed it myself but I think it would save you quite a bit of troubleshooting if you fixed that.

    Hi,

How can I use this plugin for feedburner Japan. (notice the .jp and not .com)
    http://feeds.feedburner.jp

    Thanks.

Very convenient to display the stats from the dashboard. Great idea. I activated the plugin and wondering why it shows stats through the end of September? It is only August 27th. It also displays “Current feed items data is not available!” which may go away soon, when the items become available in time? does this indicate a problem with my rss feed?

can you please send me some screenshots and the feedburner feed id to debug it on info@devmd.com

        Hi devMD,

I sent you screenshots and the link to my rss feed at feedburner from my work email address. The feed items are showing up fine but now the graph says “loading…” and will not display at all. Thank you for being so helpful!

I am having the same problem actually.

Just installed today (Jan.11th) and it says I have feed stats from Jan. 19th to Feb. 10th.

Looks like I ahve future stats.

I’m guessing this is devMD problem that is somehow displaying records a 1 month off?

Sometimes there can be a 1 number difference when counting with PHP, you know where we can change this in the devMD code?

      • Nathan says:

Also, I noticed one other thing. Under Items stats I am getting this:

        “Item Stats (2011/01/10 to 2011/01/09)”

Notice that it is wanting to get item stats starting from today and going back into the past to yesterday. (1/10 to 1/09). Shouldn’t it be (1/09 to 1/10)?

  • Rajiv Mehta says:

Hello, I’m using your plugin for feedburner stats. Any way to see the actual subscriber email addresses? thanks

  • having the same problem with all my clients where I’ve installed the plugin. The end date is always off by one month (in the future). Today is Jan 8th, the end date on the graph shows as Feb 7th. This happens on ever installation, about 5 so far. Can you fix it? It doesn’t instill confidence in the results if you can’t even get the dates right.

Same problem as ebflute on Aug 31, 2010 – Item stats show up, but “Subscribers, Hits and Reach History” stuck on “Please wait…”

    Hi devMD,

I have a question, that I really hope you can help me with.

I’m at the moment building a WordPress website and I have added a member section, where my users have their own member admin.

Each member area will then have their own RSS channel and from the member admin have a complete overview over their feed stats. I was hoping that I could use your superb plugin for that job, but after uploading the plugin and inserting the URI under settings, then it shows the same feed stats in all the member areas.

So my question is, is it possible to use the plugin to show the feed stats for each specific feed channel in each member admin?

Looking forward to your answer, thank you.

    Kind regards,
    Daniel

    Hello,

I have a question about Feedburner. Thought you could help since you’ve designed this plugin. I’d really appreciate your insight. I’ve had a problem with the email subscription part of Feedburner for months. The automatic emails of my blog posts that Feedburner sends to my subscribers all contain “ooemail” at the beginning of the blog body text. The same “ooemail” appears after the post title on the automated tweets that Feedburner sends on behalf to announce my post. Any idea how to fix this?

    Thanks in advance.
